Support Educational Excellence

In recent years, tax cap legislation and dramatic increases in our student population have led New Trier, like many other public schools around the country, to reach out for private support to enrich its educational program.  Through a partnership with New Trier alumni, friends and our District neighbors, the New Trier Educational Foundation seeks to expand its funding of programs that are beyond the reach of the District 203 budget.  By supplementing public funds with private philanthropy we will ensure that New Trier continues to set the standard of quality for public secondary school education.

We Invite You to Invest in New Trier High School
Below we have described some of the most popular ways to make gifts to New Trier.  Choose one that is most meaningful to you.

Annual Fund- The annual fund supports students, teachers, and programs at New Trier and provides the opportunities and experiences that make New Trier a model public school.  Your unrestricted gift to the Annual Fund is critical to the school's mission and provides the Educational Foundation with the most flexibility.  Please consider a gift to the Annual Fund today.

Annual Fund Tribute Gifts- Consider making a gift in memory or in honor of a special friend or loved one.  The New Trier Educational Foundation accepts unrestricted gifts to its Annual Fund in memory/honor of alumni, friends and loved ones.  Gifts are listed in all Foundation publications and online. Acknowledgements can be sent to family members upon request.

Annual Fund-Restricted Gifts- Personalize your support by designating it for a specific area: arts, athletics, scholarship, social service club, service learning opportunities, and special programs.

The McAllister-McBroom Society- Donors who pledge a minimum of $5,000 payable over five years to our unrestricted Annual Fund become members of the McAllister-McBroom Society, named after New Trier's first two graduates of 1901. Please call 847-784-2346 to learn more about this prestigious giving society.

Capital Improvements- If you would like to consider making a multi-year pledge to make a capital improvement at New Trier, you can make your pledge payment here.  We will allocate your gift as you wish when we create a commitment letter.  As always, please detail your instructions in the comment section on the next screen.
